  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup flour Helps stabilize the fudge.
  • few drops red food coloring Use gel or liquid food coloring for best results.
  • 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream Optional to enhance creaminess.
Toppings (optional)

Preparation
  1. Prepare your square 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
  2. Organize your ingredients and measure any additions for quick access.
Cooking
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the condensed milk until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and red food coloring.
  3. Stir frequently until melted, smooth, and combined. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or shortening to assist in melting.
  4. Stir in the flour until blended.
  5. Once flour is incorporated, add any desired toppings to the fudge mixture while it's still hot.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared square pan and add any additional toppings on top.
Setting
  1. Let the fudge set aside at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. For serving, cut into squares and enjoy with beverages like coffee or hot cocoa.
