- Scoop passionfruit pulp into a glass.
- Add lime juice, coconut water, and lots of ice.
- Stir well. For the sparkling version, use half coconut water and half soda water.
- Garnish and serve.
Notes
For best taste, mix the drink fresh. Store any unused pulp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
