Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the browned chicken and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Put the browned chicken back in the skillet and spoon garlic butter over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
