  • 2 cups Cheese (Mozzarella Recommended) Part-skim mozzarella for a lower calorie option.
  • 1 cup Toppings of Your Choice Ideas include grilled chicken, bell peppers, spinach, or any preferred toppings.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling before baking.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Herbs (Optional) Basil or oregano to enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough package.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add your chosen toppings.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with Italian herbs if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Allow your pizza to cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

For meal prep, make pizza dough in advance and freeze. Use cauliflower crust as a low-carb option. Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the fridge.
