- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips with condensed milk and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the crushed sugar cookies and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
This fudge can be stored at room temperature for up to a week in an airtight container. For extended storage, wrap tightly in plastic and freeze for up to 2-3 months.
