Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package directions using the milk.
- Once the pudding is set, fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Assembly
- In serving cups or cupcake liners, layer the chocolate pudding mixture and the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos.
- Decorate with Easter Peeps and candy eggs on top.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Avoid freezing as it can affect the texture.
