Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 13x9 casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, and a little flour, then layer it over the macaroni mixture.
- Top with crushed cornflakes for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 325°F for 10-15 minutes or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
