Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the dough
  • 1 package dough (like biscuit or burger buns)
  • Oil for frying (if frying is preferred)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the dough package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into rounds.
  4. Spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough round.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy your flavor explosion!
