Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and any sweetener you're using. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan or dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the oven or air fryer. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Once baked, allow the dessert to cool for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy.

Notes

Healthy swaps can include using applesauce instead of oil. This dessert can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. Consider adding nuts or dried fruits for variety.
