Ingredients
  

For the Egg Filling
  • 6 whole hard-boiled eggs Cooked and cooled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Regular or Dijon mustard works well
  • to taste Salt Optional seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Optional seasoning
  • to taste Paprika For garnish
  • as needed Green onions or chives For decoration
For the Bouquet
  • as needed Leafy greens (lettuce or spinach) To form the base of the bouquet

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
Assembly
  1. Arrange leafy greens in a vase or container.
  2. Place the deviled eggs upright in the greens to resemble a bouquet.
  3. Use green onions or chives to add decorative elements.

Notes

Serve chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Freezing is not recommended.
