Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- On low speed, add in flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently stir in M&M's and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough, press into sprinkles, and place on baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 8-11 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on wire racks.
Notes
For healthier options, consider using whole wheat flour and reducing sugar. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
