Salad Ingredients
  • 3 medium Cucumbers Sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Finely chop red onion and fresh dill.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, dill, and feta cheese.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cucumber salad is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
