Base Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup cucumber juice Freshly made or store-bought
  • 2 teaspoons dill Fresh or jarred; can substitute with 1 tablespoon of dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice A zero-calorie sweetener makes it diabetic-friendly
  • 2/3 cup soda water Plain or lime-flavored
  • Ice cubes
  • Cucumber flower for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place dill, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) in a glass and muddle for about 20-30 seconds.
  2. Add cucumber juice and ice cubes, then shake well.
  3. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda water of your choice.
  4. Stir gently, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Serve in a tall glass over ice and garnish with cucumber ribbon or flower. Can be pre-mixed for parties, adding soda just before serving to keep it fizzy.
