  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, chopped dill, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended.
