Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, chopped dill, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream) and lemon juice.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended.
