For the Sandwiches
  • 4 pieces Croissants Flaky and buttery base
  • 8 slices Deli Ham Source of protein
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese Melts beautifully
  • 4 tablespoons Honey Mustard Sauce Sweet and tangy element
For the Butter Mixture
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Richness for the sandwich
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds aromatic flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Herb mixture for depth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Carefully cut each croissant in half horizontally.
  4. Spread honey mustard on each bottom half of the croissants.
  5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese, followed by two slices of deli ham and finish with another slice of cheese.
  6. Spread more honey mustard on the top halves of the croissants.
  7. Melt butter and mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Brush this mixture onto the top and sides of each sandwich.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-14 minutes or until golden and cheese is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve warm, drizzling with remaining honey mustard if desired.

Notes

Consider using whole grain croissants for a healthier option. These sandwiches can be prepped ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container and can be reheated in the oven.
