Preparation
- In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Cooking

- If a thicker sauce is desired, remove the chicken once cooked, and stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
- Shred the chicken if desired or serve whole, spooning sauce over the top.
