  1. Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until lightly coated for a crisp texture.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken in a single layer until golden and cooked through.
  2. Pour sauce into the skillet and toss chicken while simmering until the glaze thickens and coats evenly.
  3. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm over rice or vegetables.

Notes
