Ingredients
  

For the crispy brie
  • 8 oz Brie cheese Cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Pepper honey For drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying
For the warm olives
  • 1 cup Olives Your choice of variety
  • 1 lemon Lemon Zested
  • 1 tbsp Herbs Such as thyme or rosemary
For serving
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the brie cheese into wedges.
  2. Set up a breading station: one plate with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each brie wedge in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry brie wedges until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a separate pan, heat olives with lemon zest and herbs until warmed through.
Serving
  1. Arrange fried brie on a serving platter with warm olives and prosciutto.
  2. Drizzle with pepper honey before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, serve with thin apple slices and a salad of baby greens. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
