Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine three tablespoons of olive oil, spices, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. Coat each chicken drumstick thoroughly in the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated chicken drumsticks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast the drumsticks in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through for optimal crispiness.
  3. While the chicken is roasting, slice the potatoes into fries and either season and roast them alongside, or air fry for extra crunch.
Salad Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, toss together shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion.
  2. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and lemon juice, then mix to combine.
Assembly
  1. Once the chicken and fries are cooked, plate the chicken drumsticks next to the fries and serve with the salad.

Notes
