  • 8 sheets phyllo dough Keep covered to prevent drying out.
  • 1 tablespoon water Used to seal the rolls.
  • 1/2 cup neutral cooking oil For frying.

Preparation
  1. Combine feta, mozzarella, parsley, and turkey ham in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut phyllo sheets lengthwise into four strips and keep them covered with a damp towel.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Place filling on one end of each phyllo strip, fold the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan or skillet and fry the rolls until golden, turning as needed.
  3. Drain the rolls on paper towels before serving.

Notes
