Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the chicken leg quarters to ensure maximum flavor.
Roasting
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and juicy.
Fries Preparation
  1. Cut the potatoes into thick fries and season lightly with salt and olive oil.
  2. Roast them on a separate baking sheet or fry them in an air fryer until crispy and golden.
Salad Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced red onion with chopped parsley and a drizzle of lemon juice. Toss and set aside.
