  • 1 piece banana For added sweetness and creaminess.
Dairy Alternatives
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt) Can substitute with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional, for added sweetness.

  • Ice cubes If using fresh peaches.

Preparation
  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly, slice them, and remove the pits if using fresh peaches. Skip this step if using frozen peaches.
Blending
  1. Add the peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjusting Consistency
  1. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and blend again. If it is too thin, add a few ice cubes or another piece of fruit.
Taste Testing
  1. Taste the smoothie, and if it needs more sweetness, add more honey or syrup. Blend again for a few seconds.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Store leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
