- Wash the peaches thoroughly, slice them, and remove the pits if using fresh peaches. Skip this step if using frozen peaches.
Blending
- Add the peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjusting Consistency
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and blend again. If it is too thin, add a few ice cubes or another piece of fruit.
Taste Testing
- Taste the smoothie, and if it needs more sweetness, add more honey or syrup. Blend again for a few seconds.

Notes
