Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ham, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the ham and spinach mixture onto each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
