  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Cooking Gnocchi and Sauce
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in cream and crumbled feta cheese, cooking until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss cooked gnocchi into the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of extra feta, a grind of black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Pair with a green salad or fresh bread.
