  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream Alternative: Substitute half milk for a lighter sauce.
  • 1 cup 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated melts better than pre-grated.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Final Assembly
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the pot and toss to coat in the sauce.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream to maintain texture. Consider adding veggies to enhance the dish.
