Quick and simple sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large scrambled eggs
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage Cooked and browned
  • 8 slices crispy bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese Shredded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a bowl and add them to the skillet; cook until fully set.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the scrambled eggs, ground sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warm.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve with ketchup, hot sauce, or maple syrup on the side. These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked later. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
