Preparation
  1. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Making the sauce
  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the blended cottage cheese sauce and cook for a few minutes until heated through.

Notes

For a balanced meal, serve with steamed broccoli or a mixed salad. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days, or frozen for up to three months, preferably separating the sauce from the pasta.
