  • 1 cup 1 cup coconut water Provides hydration and electrolytes.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon raw honey Adds natural sweetness; can be reduced for a lighter version.
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Enhances flavor balance.
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon vitamin C powder (optional) Optional for added nutrition.
  • as needed cups Ice cubes For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the orange juice, coconut water, raw honey, sea salt, and vitamin C powder (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over ice cubes in a glass and stir well.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste!

Notes

Serve in a tall glass with ice and garnish with a slice of orange or mint for added flavor. For a healthier version, reduce honey or replace with a sugar-free sweetener. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
