Preparation
- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix and water until well combined.
Cooking
- Pour small amounts of the pancake batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the sausage patties in another skillet until browned and cooked through.
Assembly
- Assemble each McGriddle Bite by placing a sausage patty and a sprinkle of cheese between two mini pancakes.
- Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.
Notes
