Ingredients

Milkshake Base
  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream Choose a high-quality brand or a low-calorie/dairy-free option.
  • 2.5 cups Sliced Peaches Approximately 3 large peaches, fresh preferred or canned in juice.
  • 0.5 cups Whole Milk For a lighter option, consider low-fat or dairy-free alternatives.
Toppings
  • as needed Whipped Cream Light whipped cream or skip for a healthier option.

Method

Preparation
  1. Peel fresh peaches and discard the stone. If using canned peaches, drain well to remove excess syrup and chop into chunks.
Blending
  1. In your blender, add the milk first, followed by ice cream and the chopped peaches.
  2. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the fruit, then blend until smooth. If too thick, add more milk to adjust consistency.
Serving
  1. Pour the blended mixture into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a high-protein meal, consider adding protein powder or Greek yogurt during blending. Best served immediately, but sliced peaches can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a day, although texture may change.
