Preparation
- On a low temperature, combine white chocolate and condensed milk, whisking frequently until well blended and it is a smooth liquid.
- Add in vanilla and flour, while continuing to blend, then stir in the chopped cookies.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares or desired pieces and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will stay fresh for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
