Cookies and Cream Fudge

Ingredients
  

For the fudge
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or 24 oz package vanilla Almond bark Also can use milk or dark chocolate.
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Essential for creaminess.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds flavor.
  • ½ cup flour For texture.
  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, chopped or any cream filled cookies Chop into small pieces.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. On a low temperature, combine white chocolate and condensed milk, whisking frequently until well blended and it is a smooth liquid.
  2. Add in vanilla and flour, while continuing to blend, then stir in the chopped cookies.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into squares or desired pieces and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will stay fresh for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
