Preparation
- Start by preparing the fruit. Wash everything well and cut larger fruits into small pieces so they layer easily. Keep them aside within reach.
- Place a few spoonfuls of yogurt into the bottom of each cup. Spread it gently so it forms the first layer.
- Add a layer of fruit over the yogurt, making sure it covers most of the surface. Sprinkle a small handful of granola on top for texture.
- Repeat the layers once more until the cups are filled. Finish with a final spoon of fruit and a light drizzle of honey if you like extra sweetness.
- Serve right away or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
These parfait cups are best eaten fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. For long-term storage, pre-portion yogurt and fruit separately.
