  • 200 g Macadamia Nuts Packed with healthy fats and protein.
  • 200 g Marshmallows Provides sweetness and chewiness.
  • 120 g Turkish Delight Adds a chewy element and burst of flavor.
  • 50 g Pistachio Nuts Boosts nutritional profile and adds color.
  • 10 g Freeze-Dried Raspberries Provides a tart contrast and visual appeal.
  • 1 tbsp Extra Pistachio Nuts (for decorating) Adds extra crunch to the topping.
  • 2 tsp Desiccated Coconut (optional) Enhances tropical flavors and provides fiber.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line the baking tin with baking paper, ensuring enough overhang.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine macadamia nuts, marshmallows, Turkish delight, and pistachio nuts.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Break the milk and dark chocolate into small pieces and melt using a microwave or double boiler.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixed nuts and marshmallows, and stir gently.
  2. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin, leveling it out.
Decoration
  1. Decorate the top with extra pistachios and freeze-dried raspberries.
  2. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut if desired.
Setting
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
Serving
  1. Remove from the fridge, cut into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
