  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallows (mini or regular)
  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the marshmallows until melted and combined.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and spread over the top of the cooled treats.
  6. Allow to set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage, thaw at room temperature or microwave for a few seconds.
