Preparation
- In a large pot, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in the mini marshmallows, stirring until they are fully coated.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch pan and pour the mixture into it, pressing down evenly.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into squares.
Notes
These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or frozen for up to three months. Serve with fresh fruit for a balanced snack.
