Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Cooking
  1. Increase the heat and add the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  2. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat all ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice.
