Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the heated skillet. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir them into the chicken mixture and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Place provolone cheese on top of the mixture, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook until melted.
  5. Split the hoagie rolls open and fill them with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Serve hot.
