  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use a good store-bought brand if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for the best flavor.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Croutons (optional) Add for extra crunch if desired.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and divide the mixture among them. Add croutons if desired.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  4. Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve the wrap whole or cut in half, optionally with a side salad or fresh fruit.
  2. A small bowl of extra dressing on the side is nice for dipping.
  3. For a warm twist, heat the wrap in a pan for one minute on each side.

Notes

For short-term storage, wrap each finished wrap in plastic wrap or foil and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For freezing, store filling separately from tortillas.
