Preparation
- Toast the two slices of bread until golden brown using a pan or toaster.
- Spread two tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly on one slice of toasted bread.
Assembly
- Layer the sliced chicken breast on top of the ranch dressing.
- Add crispy bacon slices on top of the chicken, followed by a slice of cheese.
- If using, layer lettuce and tomato slices last for added freshness.
Cooking
- Top with the second slice of toasted bread and grill in a pan for a few minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
Serving
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve warm.
Notes
For meal prep, cook multiple chicken breasts at once and store them in the fridge for quick assembly. Store leftover sandwiches in foil or an airtight container for up to three days and reheat as needed. For extra flavor, add avocado slices or jalapeƱos.
