  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley for garnish For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is coated well.
  3. Take the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut it into quarters.
  4. Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the melted butter.
  5. Layer some of the chicken and cheese mixture inside the greased bundt pan. Place a few pieces of the buttered biscuit dough on top of this mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until you finish all the biscuit pieces, ending with the chicken and cheese mixture on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping it onto a serving plate.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is best served warm. It makes a great appetizer for parties or a delicious main dish for dinner. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to two months.
