Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced Cut into small pieces for faster cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Grilling
  1. Fold the tortillas over the filling, creating a wrap.
  2. In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the pan and cut each wrap in half.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

To store cooked wraps, cool them to room temperature first. Wrap each one in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, tightly wrap each cooled wrap in foil and place in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
