Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook the chicken until it is tender and easily shredded. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Mix these ingredients until everything is creamy and well blended.
- Open the package of crescent rolls. Carefully separate the dough into triangles. Lay them flat on a clean surface.
- Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it on the wide end of each crescent roll. Roll up the triangle, wrapping the dough around the filling completely.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Once baked, let the rolls cool for a few minutes. Serve them warm for the best taste.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Pair them with a fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or dipping sauces like ranch or barbecue.
