Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, draining any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well, following the package instructions.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the seasoned beef mixture on each triangle of dough, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal each pocket.
Baking
  1. Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet and bake according to the dough instructions, or until golden brown.
  2. Let the pockets cool slightly before serving, adding any extra toppings as desired.

Notes

You can prepare these pockets in advance and freeze them. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
