  • prosciutto, salami, chorizo, summer sausage Fold and arrange around the cheeses.
Nuts
  • almonds, pecans, walnuts
Briny Accompaniments
  • olives, cornichons, dill pickles Add to the display for variety.
Savory Dips
  • hummus, ranch Serve in small bowls.

  • grapes, apples, berries Fill gaps on the board.

Preparation
  1. Choose your board based on party size; multiple boards can be used if necessary.
  2. Place your chosen cheeses on the board.
  3. Fold and arrange the cured meats around the cheeses.
  4. Add savory and sweet accompaniments, arranging them by color.
  5. Fill in gaps with crackers, nuts, or fruits to create an inviting platter.
  6. If serving for an event, use a refrigerated marble slab to keep ingredients fresh.

Notes

Store leftover ingredients separately to maintain freshness. Cheeses can last a week, cured meats a few days, and nuts/dried fruits have a longer shelf life. Avoid freezing fresh fruits and certain cheeses.
