- Wash your celery thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces.
- Cut your pineapple into chunks if it’s fresh.
- In a blender, add the chopped celery, pineapple chunks, banana (if using), and coconut water.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding honey or agave if desired. Blend again to combine.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy!
Notes
Serve your smoothie immediately for the best flavor and texture. If storing, keep in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze in ice cube trays.
