  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Choose a brand based on your heat preference.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Use half in the mixture and half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Opt for a low-calorie version for fewer calories.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions Used as a garnish.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles For added flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt To increase protein content.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, saving the other half for topping.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or low-carb veggie sticks.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute regular cream cheese with Greek yogurt or a reduced-calorie cream cheese. This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
