  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled For crunch and flavor

  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled Creamy texture
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with yogurt for a lighter version
  • 1/2 cup yogurt Plain Greek yogurt recommended
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the salad

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep the dressing separate until just before serving to maintain texture.
