  • 1 cup cooked sausage Browned and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Any variety such as cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup creamy gravy Store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the English muffins until golden brown.
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a separate pan until fully cooked.
Assembly
  1. Spread a layer of creamy gravy on each toasted muffin half.
  2. Top with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and cheese.
Broiling
  1. Place the assembled muffins under a broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored separately. Cooked sausage and scrambled eggs should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap assembled pizzas in foil and freeze for up to 1 month without broiling.
