Preparation
- Muddle the blueberries in a glass until they burst and release their juice.
- Add lime juice and your chosen sweetener to the glass, and muddle again to combine.
- Smack the mint leaves between your hands to release oils, then add them to the mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice until it's nearly full.
- If using, add non-alcoholic rum or apple cider vinegar.
- Top with soda water, lime sparkling water, or kombucha until the glass is full.
- Give the mocktail a gentle stir and garnish with extra blueberries or a mint sprig.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh; however, you can prepare the blueberry and mint mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
