Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Mixing
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Incorporating Blueberries
- Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, layer the cream cheese mixture on top, and add the remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
